LAMBOURN TRAINERS ASSOCIATION

The Lambourn Trainers Association (LTA) is a voluntary organisation of trainers in the area, who have got together to promote Lambourn as an exceptional area for racehorse training offering superb facilities. (Click here for further details.)

The motorway system allows for rapid and easy access to all the UK racecourses. In addition, Lambourn's proximity to London with its two major airports, Heathrow and Gatwick, means that owners from the Capital and overseas are within easy reach of the Valley of the Racehorse. Owning a racehorse can provide you with a great deal of entertainment and fun and is more affordable than you might think. If the price of a whole horse is beyond your means, why not form a partnerhship with a number of friends, acquaintances or business colleagues to share the costs? With a 10% share you can have just as much enjoyment and experience the thrill of seeing your hero or heroine in action. Multiple ownership is even less costly and you will still feel an integral part of the racing scene.

Members of the LTA will be only too pleased to advise you about racehorse ownership. Whether your interests lie in flat-racing or jumping from Ascot and Cheltenham to Bath and Newton Abbot, there is a member of the LTA, who can help you achieve your dream of being in the winners enclosure.
