Dual Gold Cup winning Trainer with Mr Mulligan in 1997 and Looks Like Trouble in 2000 in his 15th season in Lambourn, having trained in Ireland for 20 years.
Horses showing promise this season have been BRACKLOON HIGH, winning 2 of his 3 bumper starts and also finishing 3rd. FABULOUS FRED who has yet to win, but who’s put up some great performances to finish 2nd in two bumpers and twice 2nd and a 3rd over hurdles. MISTER NEW YORK has done us proud again on the flat, winning his last 2 starts with ease. OUTSIDE THE BOX is also one to look out for, along with MURPHY’S CARDINAL, winner of a competitive Hunter Chase at Haydock last year, he’ll be aimed at the same race again this year en route to the Cheltenham Foxhunters.
We always have a wealth of lovely young horses waiting to make their debut, and this year we’re excited about a good looking grey horse called GENERAL VILLEGAS.
At Upshire House we have first class training facilities and a friendly, enthusiastic, professional team. Owners are always made welcome and all types of ownership is catered for.
Horse to follow: GENERAL VILLEGAS.
