Mikael held a trainer’s licence in Sweden where he trained 25 winners from 163 runners.
When moving to England to the Old Manor in Upper Lambourn, he became assistant to David Arbuthnot for 3 years before taking out his own licence in 2003.
The Old Manor has facilities to train 50 horses and is situated close to the Lambourn Gallops.
Best horses trained are BRIDGE OF GOLD, SPRING OF FAME, SMART ENOUGH and KEHAR.
